First course of the Menú Terroir

What's in the 1923 Salad

Lettuce, sweet potato, apple and asparagus, with quail's egg, sunflower seeds, pine nuts and an Albera vinaigrette. It opens the Menú Terroir, which costs €52, or €78 with wine pairing, and it can't be ordered on its own: like everything here, it comes as part of a set menu whose dishes don't change. Whites on the house wine list include Collection Blanc and Finca La Garriga Blanca.

About the dish

Yes: the 1923 Salad is the only dish that opens both the Menú Origen and the Menú Terroir. After that, the two menus go their separate ways.

No. There's no dish-by-dish menu at Celler 1923: the salad comes as the first course of the set menu.

It contains quail's egg, sunflower seeds and pine nuts. Dishes on the menu can't be swapped, so please tell us about any allergy or intolerance when you book.
