Celler 1923 is set in the estate's old farmhouse, at the entrance to the Perelada winery and next to Peralada Castle. Surrounded by the vineyards around its buildings, the kitchen serves Empordà cooking under the culinary direction of Paco Pérez, in set menus built around the house wines. The wines come from the winery's own list, from 5 Finques Blanc to Finca Malaveïna.
